Housie is a game which brings people from all walks of life together to play the game and enjoy themselves. Ringo Media is all set to create an iconic event The Ringo Housie Game Caller of The Year competition, to recognise the talent, dedication, and skill of Housie Callers. The All India final will be held in November in Mumbai.
A Housie caller isn’t just about calling the numbers, there’s an art to being a great showman and getting people to enjoy the game. The skills and professionalism acquired from being a Housie caller can pave a career to a full-time job in the Entertainment business.
The competition will bring together an eclectic set of people like Housie callers, Announcers, Dancers, Comedians, Singers, DJ’s, VJ’s, Magicians, Master of Ceremonies (Mc’s), etc. from across India, all wanting to take home the coveted title of Ringo Housie Caller of the Year and claim the top prize.
CRITERIA
The talent required to become the ‘Ringo Housie Game Caller of The Year’ cannot be put down as the formula for success
but we have put down some of the criteria that judges will be looking at :-
GENERAL ASPECTS
Stage presence
Showmanship
Personality
TECHNICAL ASPECTS
Game management
Pace and Tone of calling
Control of stage equipment
Overall customer experience.
RULES & PROCESS
The contestants must be citizens of India.
The decisions of the Judges are final.
There are no fees to participate.
For contestants selected in the final with
stay with food will be organized by the Event Managers.
To participate, contestants will have to post a video of their
number calling skills up to 3 minutes on our website by the October
