To use Ringo Housie Maker ac an organizer is very simple, just a few steps as below:

 

Step 1:
Download/Website: Whoever organizes the game will be designated so, the organizer needs to Download our app or go to RRingo Housie Maker.com and create a game.

 

Step 2:
Account: Create an account by filling out the “Sign up” section

 

Step 3:
Create a Game: After you log in, you’ll be directed to the project creation page automatically. Select the settings you need:
a) Number of players
b) Virtual cards
c) Printed Cards you would like to play.
When done, the Housie cards will be created and your game will be shown in your game list like:

 

Step 4:
Explain the Rules, Winning Patterns & Rewards: (weneed ta standard format)
Before you start play, check if all have got their virtual/printed cards and explain to them the rules and the winning patterns to get a Housie.
Players need to sign in via the App/Log in order to get the Virtual cards and the Printed cards are printed by organizer / player depending where the game is played.
It’s important step to avoid any future misunderstanding.
Connect your Mobile/Computer to any type of external screen, you can click on “Open the board in external window” and show the Housie flash board like a professional set up.

 

Step 5:
Play: When ready click ’Play’, as the organizer, your interface is linked with the virtual RRingo Housie caller and the Housie cards of the game, so that you’ll get the winning results as the game progresses.

 

Step 6:
Start Game: The game starts when you click ‘Make a draw’ to draw random numbers. You can also use the automatic draw function so you don’t need to click manually every time. When a number is drawn, the organizer can say it aloud to create some form of entertainment. The players check on their cards to see if the numbers called are in the squares. If the numbers are on the card, the player marks the squares, it continues until someone gets a winning combination.

 

Step 7:
Winners: When a card has a winning combination, it appears under the ‘Winners’ list’. Click on the list to open it, to validate the cards, click the card number and then on “Validate’ and confirm the winning. In case a player claims a winning combination but does not appear in the winners list, it means that the game was not played correctly and the Housie card is invalid. The game is continued till all the winning patterns are claimed.

 

Step 8:
Rewards: A chance to win a prizes makes the game memorable. The organizer will prior to the game announce the prizes for winner

Host a free Housie game with our app every day for up to 10 players. The free game can last for up to 30 minutes, and allow you to host any number of games per day. This can give you a good idea of how easy it is to use

First, log in, then click ‘Free Virtual Game’, the name of your game will be automatically defined, such as “Free xxxx”.

Enter a password for the game in order to keep it private and only allow your players to join your game.

Select the winning combinations to get a bingo (they are all selected by default for FREE games.

For Players to obtain their unique virtual bingo cards for your game, the organizer will send them, the game name and password, players go to app/site and click ‘Join a Virtual Game’ and enter the password the housie card is received on their device. (ref: Paperless Housie.

Wait for all the players to join your game. To start the game, click ‘Play’.

Once the game has start by clicking on “Make a draw“. You can also use the automatic draw.

Make draws until a player gets a winner (a Housie), and give a prize to the winner.

The winning cards will appear automatically in the virtual Housie caller in the ‘Winners List’, continue the game until you have no prizes left to give to winners.
